MARY
JO POINDEXTER, P.E.
Ms. Poindexter has thirty years of diversified
professional experience in general management,
project management, engineering and construction
of private and public industrial and commercial
facilities. Experienced in the analyzing, preparing/defending,
construction claims, including cases requiring
large CPM schedule analyses, Ms. Poindexter provides
project audits, performs productivity analyses,
identifies cause/effect relationships, and calculates
damages. She supports clients' needs in completion
of projects troubled by defaults, failure to progress,
and contractor abandonment. A former general contractor,
she serves as an expert witness in mediation,
arbitration and at court. She has Federal and
State court testimony experience. Ms poindexter
has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech
University, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from
Tulane University and is a registered Professional
Engineer in Texas and Louisiana.

MARCUS
P. CONTRERAS
Mr.
Contreras has twenty-five years of experience
in accounting and financial management, including
general accounting, cost accounting, and forensic
accounting. His areas of expertise include exhibit
development, document control for multi-million
dollar litigations, sales and revenue forecasting,
profit assessments, and construction accounting
and asset/liability audits. In addition to data
analysis, he provides the diligence needed to
assure prompt, accurate payment to subcontractors
and vendors, contract compliance, and payment
bond and lien consulting services. He graduated
Magna Cum Laude with a B.B.A. from the University
of Houston and is a Certified management accountant.

ANNE VAN DE WERKEN
Anne
Van de Werken has extensive experience in CPM
scheduling and delay analysis. She maintains up-to-date
expertise in the requirements and appropriate
uses of the latest scheduling of techniques for
managing projects and analyzing delay. She has
developed and uses the Frame Method SM
of CPM schedule analysis. She provides
the expertise needed to analyze and critique the
schedule analysis methods used in construction
claim. Her field of experience includes identifying
scheduling problems and designing the required
corrections. Relying on field and management experience,
she prepares as-built and impacted schedules on
all types of construction projects. She is competent
on all three of the major scheduling software
common in the construction industry. An environmental
engineer by training and experience, she received
her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Hampton
University.
